We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Specialist to help us build and grow Hirect. Over the last couple of years, Hirect achieved fantastic traction in the market with a lean team, with a plenty of customers ranging from the fastest growing startup like Swiggy, PhonePe, and Postman, to the world's largest corporations like Amazon, Google, Walmart, Oracle and more.

The candidate should be an entrepreneurial driven colleague to help lead the strategic development and execution of sales and farming Key accounts. Our ideal candidate will possess strategic vision and the ability to execute it.

In this role you will educate and sell Hirect's recruitment software to enterprise customers. Please go through the role and expectations below to decide whether you would be interested in joining our mission to build the world's best recruitment tool.

Roles And Responsibilities

- Business development - Handle business development of new and existing accounts, exceeding sales targets with clear focus on retention of existing customers.

- Proven experience in dealing with C-level executives in the technology companies.

- New client acquisition - Nurture prospective clients via references and advocate on recent industry trends and solutions to key challenges across the talent acquisition ecosystem.

- Relationship management - Build, maintain and nurture executive level relationships in the enterprise accounts.

- Client retention and advisory - Work with the Customer Success team to identify and eliminate challenges to our clients' retention and engagement.

Requirements

- 4-6 years sales enterprise experience in Enterprise SaaS (preferably in HR Tech).

- A passion for technology and all things digital.

- An entrepreneurial spirit with a deep understanding of a consultative sales approach.

- A proven leader with experience in leading a sales team.

- The ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level.

- Strong operational and analytical abilities. Metric driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholder.

- This is primarily an inside sales role based in the office, but occasionally you will have to travel both within the city and outstation.

Experience

- Experience of dealing with the company large enterprise team.

- Experience of closing the deals which have potential to generate revenue with ticket size of at least 1 cr.

- Strong presentation skills are required, both in person and via teleconference or videoconference.

- Must possess strong Negotiation skills, Analytical and problem solving.

MBA is mandatory
