The Person will be leading the Retail & Auto vertical, wherein vision is to be the preferred Training consulting company. In this endeavor role would involve holistic areas around Solutioning, GTM to establish the organisation as a thought leader, Drive business KPIs by leading a cross functional team of Auto & retail resources & also work with cross functional teams within the organisation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- P&L Responsibility of entire Auto & Retail.
- Complete ownership through teams in BD, Content & Operation for the defined Vertical.
- Responsible for end-to-end Project Inception to Project operations - project management, team management, budget and timelines
- Partnership - Signing up strategic partnership to onboard new solutions .
- Establish strong contact with key stakeholders for mapping training opportunities, budget and timelines
- Maintain and submit training reports and documents
- Ability to work with others in a harmonious manner to achieve organizational goals in the prescribed time
- NPS management
Relevant Experience Range (In Years):
- 8-10 years of which should have at least 6 years in hard core managing business involving BD, Operations & Solutioning.
- Working with leading training company (Working with Retail brands /OEMs) for atleast of 5-7 years .
- Should have Managed Partners & Channel in the space of BD, Content & Operations.
- Excellent Project Management skills through meticulous planning & execution.
- Strong credential of developing and maintaining relationships (Internal & external).
- Should possess Consultative skills in order to build a solution framework based on business challenges of key stake holders and ability to think thru a problem solutioning.
- Should have a strong understanding & hands-on experience of Digital/SAAS /Technology based product & services.
