Enterprise Sales (SaaS) 1. This would be an IC role reporting into the Sr. Director of Enterprise Business 2. The role is responsible for acquisition of Enterprise Logos into the assigned territory (West India). Deal sizes are going to be really big and Buyers would be CxO level personnel on client side 3. You'd be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle end to end (Hunting, Pitching, Consultative Solution Selling, Demo Support, Implementation Support, all the way up till closures) 4. Being an Enterprise Solution, the product has organization wide integration/implementation and hence requires selling/interfacing with stakeholders such as the CFO/CIO/COO/CTO and other CXO level personnel during the sales cycle 5. Serving Enterprise Accounts make the typical sales cycle last for around 6 months, hence, ideally someone who has witnessed a similar degree of sales complexity and is comfortable with it Ideal Persona : 1. 3-10 years of B2B Sales Experience (New Business Development) 2. 2+ Years into B2B SaaS Product Selling 3. Consistent overachiever - generating more than 100% of allocated revenue targets 4. Rich exposure to closing big ticket deals 5. Strong experience into acquiring Enterprise/Named Accounts 6. Has managed end to end complex sales cycle
