Job Profile:
- Acquisition of New Corporate's / SME's for New -Business Development / Client Servicing
- Meet the Decision Makers, HR Head's, CHRO, Admin Head, Managing Director, CEO's, COO, Admin Head, etc of the company and maintain relationship with them
- Be updated about all relevant new items, products and processes, related to Corporate Sales Business.
- Manage the existing relationship and ensure incremental business from them.
- Experience of between 10-15 years in recruitment platform solutions preferably SAAS based
- Proven track record in sales
- Experience in conceptualizing and building a sales organization (value expertise in lean and cost effective orientation)
- Excellent relationships with the TA community (Across industries and segments)
- Develop and lead enterprise sales across the country to meet clear target deliverable s
- Experience in integrations, alliances and partnerships for business growth
