As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager with experience in handling large accounts to join our dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Large Account Acquisition: Conduct extensive research to identify and target potential enterprise-level clients in the Mumbai region. Utilize your network and relationships to engage with key decision-makers and introduce our value propositions effectively.
- New Logo Hunting: Develop and execute robust strategies for acquiring new logos, utilizing a consultative approach to showcase the benefits of our solutions to prospective clients.
- Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing large accounts, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
- B2B Sales Expertise: Leverage your extensive B2B sales experience to lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to successful closure.
- Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to enhance our competitive advantage and improve sales performance.
- Collaborative Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful execution of sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales reports to the sales management team, highlighting key performance metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful enterprise sales management, with a focus on large accounts, in the HRMS domain.
- Strong network and relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprises in Mumbai.
- Demonstrated experience in hunting and acquiring new logos, showcasing exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent account management abilities, with a proven track record of fostering long-term client relationships and driving customer success.
- Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a similar industry and market.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
