We are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager

We are hiring full-time senior salesperson in Bangalore with an aggressive growth mindset to drive growth for our AI & data engineering practice across ecommerce, retail and financial services. You will be part of the leadership team working closely with management.

This role will involve building sales methodology and over time hire, coach, and develop the team to achieve their monthly revenue and growth goals. (S) he should also be a self-starter who is prepared to own, define, develop and execute sales plans to hit aggressive growth targets.

Experience & Skills

- 8 years - 15 Years plus experience preferably in IT, AI/ ML and data services in the mid-market enterprise clients.

- Proven track record of scaling revenues with enterprise and global captive segment through relationship selling, direct customer acquisition and partner ecosystem.

- Successful track record of growing accounts to multi-million-dollar revenue streams.

- Demonstrated success in achieving near term revenue targets with focus on long term goals.

- Ability to multi-task, go-getter attitude

- Experience in closing large enterprise software sales opportunities.

- Ability to interact with CXO level.

- Excellent communication - Written and verbal.

- Ability to manage client independently with little supervision

- Generate qualified sales lead opportunities. We are looking for a senior sales professional who has worked with a back office (in India or Outside), preferably from the SaaS industry.

Responsibilities:

- Set a strategic business development plan for target markets.

- Will be responsible to manage sales cycle right from generating lead, conducting meetings, with client/ prospects, understanding their requirements, creating required documentation, and develop recommendations in collaboration with technical specifications, making the client proposal, negotiating the contracts, and deal closures.

- Deliver assigned Quotas on the Month-on-Month basis.

- Ensure client engagement through regular meetings, calls, Visits, etc.

- Develop a thorough understanding of assigned accounts.

- Identify cross-sale / Up-sell opportunities by developing excellent client relationships.

- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecast to internal as well external stakeholders.

- Develop partnerships in the external ecosystem with relevant organizations

- Prepare and give business reviews regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers.
