JOB TITLE: Enterprise Sales Manager COMPANY: Univo Education EXPERIENCE: 5+ YEARS LOCATION: Noida, Mumbai, Hyderabad COMPENSATION: 15 - 20 LPA TIMINGS: Indian Shift Timings NOTICE PERIOD: 1 month ABOUT THE COMPANY : UNIVO works as a strategic partner to top tier Education Institutes and Universities in India and worldwide, offering services in the field of program development, market growth, content development, student support and much beyond - It brings knowledge, capability, and expertise to an education institution to support its strategic priorities, so universities can focus on their core educational processes - Established in 2018 & have partnered with top ranked institutions from India, US, UK, Africa and Middle East; UNIVO has a registered base of 235k+ learner's spread across 150+ nationalities that enrolled in 45+ programs ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - To establish sales opportunities through networking, building relationships, and conducting client acquisition activities. - Geo Mapping, prospecting, and closing large accounts with the necessary documentation. - Build a corporate database and be responsible for initiating conversations with desired personas - Identify potential opportunities to accelerate business volume. - Develop and implement strategies for achieving sales goals. - Prepare periodic sales reports - Weekly / Monthly. - Should be able to forecast sales in terms of numbers and revenue - Identify improvements or new requirements by remaining updated on industry trends, competitor activities & offerings - Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales target - Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities - Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance REQUIREMENTS : - Experience in selling to corporations. - Ability to articulate USPs of product/services, vis- vis competitive offerings. - Ability to make inroads into new corporate accounts and territories - 3 - 6 years of Corporate Sales experience preferably in new-age business. - Strong Communication skills (written & verbal), presentation skills, and client relationship management are a must for this position. - Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools GOOD TO HAVE - MBA in Marketing preferred.
