- The funds are being used to enhance the technology platform, build a deep supplier base as well as increase marketing spends across Asia.
As the Manager, You will be heading the team of managers-sales.
The responsibilities of the Team Leader will be as follows :
- Manage the sales program
- Increase customer base & revenue targets by acquiring and retaining customers within the Mobile segment in the given region.
- Develop & strategically execute a plan, identifying target markets/ verticals through your local market
- Ability to report on sales metrics, forecast/ commits, churn & other key sales metrics
- As a player reach out to potential clients attract to talk with New Business Sales Representatives.
- Help implementation of various measure of reaching out to the market such as seminar, event and direct mails.
- Work closely with New Business Sales Representatives to maximize performance of pre-sales program and variety of initiatives with the program.
- Measure the performance of the team and make a report based on the specific criteria.
- Effectively utilize the talents of the team to maximize efficiency.
Candidate Profile :
- The Candidate must be a B.Tech or MBA from an elite institute
- Should have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Should have experience of managing a team
- Should have an experience of sales to manufacturing companies
