Roles & Responsibilities.
- Representative is to develop relationship with clients in an assigned set of Large Enterprise Accounts thereby providing business solutions to their business needs.
- Understands an industry segment in a selected market.
- Participates on a cross-functional team, taking advantage of all marketing & sales resources available.
- Maintains an effective business relationship with client contacts and identifies sales opportunities.
- Assists in the selection of the appropriate offering and distribution channel that will meet the client's business objectives.
- Builds a working relationship with members of other Company functions to effectively influence customer to adopt Company's stack of solutions.
- The primary measurements are customer satisfaction and revenue.
Requisites -
- Large account Management.
- Sold to Enterprise customers across various verticals like IT/ ITES/ Manufacturing/ Telecom/ Government etc
- Highly Relationship Oriented.
- Deep Industry Knowledge.
- Aggressive.
- Should be an SME who understands client organisation and culture and does a consultative selling thereby earning clients trust as Business unit advisor
- Experience Level required: 10 - 15 years
- M.B.A / B.E / B.tech from reputed Institutes
