Enterprise Sales Leader
Enterprise Sales Leader plays a crucial role in driving sales and business growth. The role is responsible for managing and growing Key accounts in banking, IT-ITeS and Government sector in India.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategy to drive revenue growth for Data center product and solutions within the assigned segment.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts and develop strong customer relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to ensure effective customer engagement and solution delivery.
- Drive market intelligence activities to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering-Mandatory- preferably in Computer, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field. MBA from premier institute only.

- Proven experience in B2B sales leadership roles within the IT/Computer/Electrics Industry.
- Track record of managing & growing large enterprise accounts and responsible for revenue target of 150 + INR Crores.
- Managed a team size of 8-10 people directly, ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Strong knowledge of the Indian market, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, Ability to build relationship with Leadership
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel as required as required 50-60%
