About Product /Organisation-It is a enterprise messaging and collaboration app that aims at increasing productivity and improving team-communication in organizations .

Position-Zonal Sales Head( Director -Enterprise Sales)

Role:

This role will focus on executing on our ambitious sales plans across the country. We will be targeting businesses of all size for adoption of enterprise messaging & Collaboration product ; though there would be an increased focus on large-sized (- 10k employees) and mid-sized (500+ employees) enterprises.

You will be responsible for end to end sales related processes for product. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Leading the revenue targets for your respective zone, and leading the team of sales associates towards attaining that goal

- Rolling out new sales initiatives, targeted pitches and modified sales approach depending on the nature of business you are approaching

- Gathering business requirements, managing operational requirements and monitoring of metrics like client addition rate, conversion time, turnaround time etc.

- Report daily/weekly/monthly metrics to Global Head - Sales & Marketing, and National Sales Head

- Implement the required sales training processes for your sales associates, preparing them for their responsibilities in the most effective and efficient way possible

- Prepare sales pitches and relevant collateral

- Deliver pitches to CXOs and other key executives in the key accounts in your zone yourself

- Strategizing the complete sales process from opportunity creation to closure, and retention of accounts already in the portfolio

- Lead the creation of new relationships or strengthening of existing ones in key accounts

- Being abreast about the latest developments in the enterprise messaging space, and implement strategic / tactical plan if need arises

- Track and report Key Performance Indicator data for your team

- Candidates from Enterprise Sales/IT Sales/Software Sales/IT Product Sales,Cloud Sales,Telecom Sales background and Product Companies with strong relationships at CIO,CTO,IT Head level
