This role is with Indian Software (SAAS) firm based out of Gurgaon. The company has been growing consistently 40% quarter by quarter. It is a National Role and base location is Gurgaon.
Job Description
- To create a strategic road map, plan, control and direct activities of sales teams to attain business objectives.
- To execute strategy blue-prints for ROI/market share growth, operational efficiency and resource optimization and team management.
- To Design and drive marketing activities/ events.
- To builds strong relationships with key decision-making teams of existing and prospective customers.
- To ensure all customer oriented processes including Customer feedback is managed well for high Customer engagement.
- Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition across industries.
- To be responsible for competition mapping/ tracking market trends and industry benchmarks.
- To drive innovation and deliver business critical assignments.
The Successful Applicant
- Engineering or MBA Graduate from premier institutes, 15 to 22 years experience
- Has managed National or Multiple Regions before.
- Strong track record of selling high ticket value based software solutions across sectors
- Strong sales leadership with experience of managing dynamic and high performing sales team
- Ability to develop relationships at all levels of customer organization.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills for managing customer issues.
