He / She must have a demonstrable successful track record, and built an established network of key decision makers, and have in-depth knowledge of the Saas/PaaS industry across a broad range of technologies powered by the cloud. - Candidates must possess expertise in managing end-to-end the sales processes involving complex multi-pronged offerings, multi-layered negotiations, and large deal sizes. - VideoTap has exciting applications in Media/OTT (VOD and Live), Online Education, Learning and Development, and Advertising industries. VideoTap is all set to transform online video watching forever. Job Requirements: - Candidates should have relevant sales, revenue generation capabilities. - Have understanding of technology, and knowledge of content and design. - Should ideally have exposure to consumer insight and possess data analytical skills. - Should have experience in Concept and Solution sales. - Should be able to understand the platform and service offering. - Develop a partnership strategy and nurture partner relationships. - Should be adept across functions including sales, customer acquisition, development, success and retention to ensure a best in class customer experience - Candidates should be able to manage the enterprise sales process, including Research, Prospecting, Connecting, Qualifying, Demonstrate, Prepare and Submit Proposal, Negotiate and Close. - Developing timelines for execution, managing project deadlines, client management, and managing relationships on an on-going basis to ensure retention - Build and manage the sales team - hire good talent, and provide guidance, mentorship, &amp; growth. - Should have excellent people management and leadership skills, and a consistent track record of mentoring and coaching team members. - Standardize the sales process with constant iterations for improvements and sales engagement model. - Partner with product team to continue building a superior product, build new features, which will increase sales. - Take ownership of sales pipeline, maintain velocity, prepare forecasts and deliver on the same. - Develop and execute sales strategies and plans in order to achieve monthly sales targets - Should ensure renewals and upsell across customers - Develop customized sales pitches, proposals and related paperwork. - Develop term sheets and contracts for partners in consultation with legal representatives. Technical Requirements: - Experience in selling cloud based Saas products - Exposure to any of the Video/OTT Platforms is an added advantage - Minimum of 5 years experience in enterprise sales - Learn to use - Design Room- VideoTap's Software to demonstrate it ability to enterprises. - Candidates should be tech savvy and should be able to deal with CTOs and CXOs of customer companies. Additional Requirements: - Five (5)+ years of experience implementing solutions for enterprise clients and managing client relationships with a strong understanding for what makes a product a success for clients - A strong track record of innovation and on the feet thinking will be given preference. - Candidates should be self-driven, well informed, motivated go getters, who are ready to go the extra mile, even if it is uncharted territory. - Self-starter, Independent, proactive, multi-tasking, program management mind set - Must have excellent networking ability, and be able to build strong, trusting, personal relationships - Comfortable with work related travel and ability to travel 20 - 40% - He / She should be from field sales and must have their own means of transport. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Candidates should have high proficiency in PPT, Email &amp; Excel.
