Role & Responsibilities

- Be the Champion of risk management activities in Business Unit

- Facilitate identification, monitoring and management of risk right from deals / bids stage to operations and delivery by working very closely with Finance, delivery and account teams.

- Involve in periodic contract and delivery practices review to understand risks from delivery perspective and support teams in identifying gaps in actual practice against the contractual commitments. Feedback /support for appropriate actions/ decisions.

- Estimate the Value at risk and facilitate monitoring and closure of those throughout the project lifecycle

- Involve in the operating & strategic plan cycles in bringing out risk /mitigation approaches – short term and long term

- Set-up, Initiate a BU risk Council to Prioritize, review/assess risks and mitigation approach, plans. Drive monthly/periodic reporting of Risks and mitigation status to management.

- Support customer audit readiness for key accounts on risk management and compliance.

- Support Risk COE with feedback /learning from field to evolve risk framework/models and methodologies on an ongoing basis

- Create Risk/Compliance Awareness in Leadership team and large Employee base

Skills & Experience Required

Engineer + MBA

- Strong delivery and program management skills in S/w / IT industry

- Strong Analytical Skills

- Must have handled contract compliance

- Would be an added advantage if already functioned as risk manager / Internal Audit

- Good understanding of commercial implication of Contracts

- Must be a Self Starter

Specific Domain/Technical/Functional skills

Functional Stream/Delivery +Risk +Finance skills

Location of Posting Bangalore

No of Direct Reportees (If any) - Independent functiona leading role –coverage impact 2-3 BUs.
