Enterprise Risk Management Role - BFSI

General description of role/ duties :

Enterprise Risk Management

- Design and prepare risk reporting MIS and dashboards for the Top Management, Board, Risk Committees

- Understanding of Stress Testing and RAROC concepts and hands on experience with the same

- Analysis of movement of Capital and Risk Weighted Assets

- Prepare and maintain the various policies of the Bank in accordance with RBI guidelines and best practices in Risk Management

- Keep abreast with regulatory guidelines and prepare analysis of the same for the Senior/Top Management as required

Functional Skills

- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word & Power-point.

- Should be experienced in working with and analyzing large quantities of data

- Knowledge of major Risk Management Guidelines (Master circulars on Risk Management by RBI, Basel-III guidelines and ICAAP)

- Understanding of Basel capital concepts (e.g. available capital, capital deductions, risk-weighted assets) and balance sheet concepts (e.g. leverage ratio)

- Hands-on experience in working on statistical models, Excel VBA programming including MS Access programming will be an advantage
