This is with reference to your cv posted in job portal,currently we are looking for leadership profiles for fortune 500 MNC Bank.

KRA's :

- Formulate strategy and drive implementation in relation to the policy, methodology or framework, with focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness of compliance.

- Lead the team and establish the second line of defence to ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF).

- Involve in development of generic process, procedure and risk & control assessment in relation to policies, methodologies and framework.

- Influence and facilitate decision making and convince senior Internal stakeholders (Finance leadership and BIA) and external stakeholders (e.g. statutory auditors and regulators) regarding the control environment.

- Set standards, approach and methodology for Finance across.

- Co-ordinate and support Governance, Assurance and ReporitngTeams across geographies.

- Promote adherence to policies for Financial Reporting, providing assurance and oversight.

- Provide support and guidance to aid the resolution of business strategic and control issues.

Knowledge & Expertise :

- Comprehensive understanding of governance and control frameworks and processes, and all aspects of operational risk management.

- Ability to communicate internal control concepts clearly, in a business context.

- Experience of designing, communicating & implementing internal control policies.

- Proficient in use of MS Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Knowledge of internal control and regulatory requirements & practice e.g. Turnbull, Sarbanes-Oxley, COSO, relating to operational risk preferred.

Qualifications/Experience :

- Degree level education (preferably CA/CS/CWA, etc.).

- Practical experience of internal control and operational risk management.

- 10 -15 years of work experience working in Risk Advisory and Audits, Governance, managing Policies.

- Significant experience in senior Stakeholder Management.
