The incumbent will be expected to be working on the strategy side of Enterprise Solutions for who own end to end roadmap building for brand awareness.

Role Responsibilities :

- Help build strategic roadmap and business plan (STRAP) for Enterprise Solutions BU, including specific strategies by offering and industry vertical

- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to derive actionable insights

- Stay up to date with developments in technology, digital transformation, and relevant manufacturing sectors to identify growth opportunities across industries and geographies

- Partner with business vertical/ regional heads to drive key growth initiatives

- Help build strategic roadmap and business plan (STRAP) for Enterprise Solutions BU, including specific strategies by offering and industry vertical

- Conceptualize and develop value propositions for large transformation initiatives and support across the deal cycle to improve conversion

- Conduct analysis of historical win-loss results and develop and execute strategy for growing industry & geography penetration
