Job Description - Enterprise Engagement Lead
Key Purpose
Manage customer engagement for large customer(s)
Responsibilities
- Own end to end customer relationship from delivery perspective for large customers
- Define delivery engagement Vision and Roadmap from Contract to Collect process
- Create detailed MSME onboarding plan to achieve the vision
- Define delivery processes specific to customer, if needed, and improve regularly
- Coordinate with respective team leads within and outside delivery teams to ensure that platform capabilities are delivered as per the requirements and enhancements are prioritized
- Create and execute customer training plan. Act as second level escalation point
- Address customer issues and escalations
- Regular Status reporting to customers and TCS leadership
- Make customers aware of various platform capabilities and encourage them to leverage the same
- Work with partners as needed for delivering the functionality
- Work closely with Sales organization
- Experience and skill-set requirements
Work Experience : 10+ years
Ares: New IT Products and Platform Deployments
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate / Engineering / MBA
Skills: Strong delivery experience in IT products and platforms, Excellent communication skills, Excellent leadership skills, Ability to build customer relations, Understanding of IT delivery methodologies like Agile, Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent knowledge in using MS Office, Understanding of product/platform deployment cycle/tools used, Understanding of few business domains of small and medium enterprises, Managing teams
Language: Proficiency in English and Local Language
Work Location - Travel Required
