Enterprise Data Architect - Data Architecture & Strategy

- Proven experience of leading enterprise scale data strategies in Retail and their implementation

- Experience in interaction at a CXO level or Experience in reporting at CXO level

- Should be able to exhibit thought leadership skill in front of Customer Data Officers

- Should be able to generate consulting led engagements

- Experience and expertise in positioning and architecting innovative Data, BI and AI/ML solutions for large, diverse enterprises preferably in Retail Industry

- Prior experience defining and evolving a Data operating models across the enterprise, within and beyond the boundaries of IT

- Experience in delivering Data solutions, which includes End to End Data Architecture, Engineering and Data Lifecycle (including non-functional requirements, security requirements and operations)

- Very good understanding of Data & Analytics landscape (Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, Databrics, Teradata, Hadoop, NoSql databases) and associated architecture patterns

- Good presentation and written communication skills, high degree of comfort with technical and Executive audiences

- Strong leadership capabilities, having the ability to communicate effectively with diverse set of customers or partners, across multiple disciplines
