Core competencies, knowledge and experience :

- Strong influential skills. Be resilient to lack of engagement from stakeholders and be able to manage reluctance to change.

- Strong Commercial Marketing knowledge. Experience in developing telecom tariffs, coordinating focus groups and preparing business cases in a Vodafone Operating Company.

- Good understanding of opportunities beyond Mobile Communications to build differentiation for Vodafone Enterprise non- replicable by competitors (i.e Fixed, Cloud, FMC and other enterprise products).

Key accountabilities and decision ownership :

- Provide required commercial support to Circle/Segment/CVM for achievement of Monthly/yearly revenue objectives

- Commercial framework development for speed of execution at circles and ensuring it is regularly marked to market by building and executing mechanisms for accurate and regular competitor commercial offer tracking and monitoring, across all major markets

- Collaborate and co own the commercial offer design for all Enterprise Commercial propositions such as Red, M2M offers, refreshing and evolving as required

- Execute the process to conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative market research on new and revised Commercial Offers, ensuring all launched offers are relevant, attractive and differentiated.

- And execute new and revised commercial offers with associated business cases through the Corporate governance structures, securing stakeholder agreement as required.

- Build the Circle community and engagement for all Enterprise Commercial offer activity, ensuring all offers are launched,
