Enterprise Architect - Insurance

Enterprise Architect :

- Develop and maintain current and planned state architectural blueprints.

- Develop and maintain architectural road map for the enterprise.

- Define alternate solutions and make decision based on driving parameters.(Functional & Non functional, Business & Organization aligned)

- Define & Communicate architectural decisions, plans, goals and strategies.

- Gain organizational commitment for enterprise level architecture and infrastructure initiatives.

- Provide architectural direction to Solution and Application Architects

- Develop architectural metrics and reports for the executive team, business and IT management.

- Make technology evaluations and recommendations across enterprise

- Create and Manage a centralized engineering practices for Quality

- Automation across products / enterprise.

- Plan and drive R&D initiatives

- Define and Manage Architecture Governance Process across products /Enterprise .

- Ensure the adherence of Architectural Goals and Principles across various teams /Products

- Mentor and Manage a team of business, solution, application and Data architects

- Hands experience on with current technology skills like DevOps, Mobile application frameworks, API, Microservices
