Your primary accountabilities will include:
- Liaison with external & internal auditors and application owners to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and company standards, processes & policy framework
- Works with application Support team to provide data and create remediation plan for any identified audit issue, takes remediation to logical closure with ISRM and Auditors
- Partner with ISRM to fine tune existing security policies to cover a broader spectrum of security and compliance requirements in existing environment
- Compliance & Security champion & steward; assist Project Managers and support leads in assessing impact of regulatory controls and security threats in enterprise application development and support environment.
- Evangelize compliance and security processes through the creation, and as appropriate, delivery of process training, workshops etc. for global stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on consistency, accuracy, efficiency.
- Troubleshoot day to day security and compliance process/quality issues and document current state process maps, validating them with ISRM and IT infrastructure teams, undertaking gap analysis and producing/agreeing and managing improvement plans as necessary.
- Should be able to balance compliance/managed risks with practical implementation and can lead process changes as required.
- Foster & enhance positive working relationships with all stakeholders, for alignment.
