PURPOSE:

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager who will be responsible for providing customized logistics solutions to key customers. Their main objectives would be to understand customer challenges and provide them with a customized logistics solution, gain a significant proportion of the top key account's logistics spend, increase our wallet share of existing customers, add one or two products, and identify opportunities with our hunting customers and onboard them for one or two verticals.

RESPONSIBILITIES: (include but not limited to)

Strategic customer engagement & planning

- Acting as a Key Point of Contact between shortlisted clients and internal teams

- Developing a thorough understanding of the client's needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions

- Resolve customer issues and problems and deal with complaints to maintain trust

- Creating comprehensive and customized dashboards on account progress, goals, and forecasts

Relationship & opportunity development

- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with the clients that translates into an increase in our wallet share.

- Identification of new business opportunities through customer-focused value proposition

- Identifying opportunities from the shortlisted hunting customers

- Strategize and develop new relationships in targeted industries and functions. Drive strategic customer dialogues to identify customer's business objectives, risk management requirements & challenges.

Preparing, winning & implementing the deal

- Present the solution to potential customers, demonstrating clear business & solution fit

- Actively drive commercial negotiations and close deals

- Liaise with legal teams from both the customer and Allcargo Group to ensure legal obligations are adhered to and contractual documentations are in place prior to start the service

- Collaborate with respective BUs as necessary to align on customer data and integration of data systems, if applicable

- Oversee the implementation, customer onboarding and maintain

- Negotiating contracts with the client and meeting established deadlines to fulfil each client's long-term goals

Mentoring

- Mentoring the Management Trainees

- Train them on all verticals

- Provide guidance on customer relationships, analytics, and industry knowledge

PROFILE REQUIREMENT:

- 14+ years of experience in a commercial, business development, or consulting environment.

- Relevant experience is defined as any Logistics Industry, Service Industry, Management Sector, or Customer experience.

- Experience in logistics industry. Preferable if they have a 360 understanding of logistics - (ocean freight, air freight, CFS, Contract Logistics & express distribution services)

- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

- Excellent organizational skills

- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

- Ability to analyze an inference from data

- Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. D365, Salesforce) would be a clear benefit

- Adequate amount of knowledge of Allcargo group's products and services.

- Act as a Mentor/Trainer
