Now, we have this Strategic Operations role with Entero Healthcare in Chennai.

Job Description:

- Responsible for Sales Planning, deliver desired result and growth of Entity

- Improving EBITDA of entity with close monitoring P&L

- Working capital management

- Exploring new potential market and retail coverage expansion

- Work on SKU range enhancement

- Increase customer wallet share

- Oversee and ensuring smooth operations of entity

- Monitor, build and retain team

Experience:

- 8 -15 Years experience in Sales and strategic operations roles, preferably from Pharma, FMCG or Telecom industries

- MBA from a good B-School will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
