Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for building & maintaining of enhanced tools & components that drive Enterprise supply chain operations.

- Develop hypothesis, validate & improve with careful experiments.

- Design & develop platform solutions that addresses customer's supply chain challenges related to demand sensing, inventory optimization, network design, manufacturing analytics, root cause analysis & more.

- Data Auditing, mapping, staging & mining expertise that identifies process gaps, recommends improvements and enable automation to improve efficiencies.

- Works closely with Product in building Algorithms & AI based methods that facilitates to build competitive solutions.

- Assess current capabilities and develop improvements on existing solutions that involve complex cost/benefit tradeoffs.

Skills required:

- 2-6 years of work experience in the area(s) of analytics. Preferred supply chain analysis/ service event/ incidents analytics.

- Demonstrable understanding of Statistical modeling (Regression, Classification, Time-series forecasting) /Machine Learning /Text Mining /Optimization /Visualization). Ability to use programming skills to manipulate, transform, visualize structured or unstructured data.

- Ability to use programming Paradigms such as Python, R, etc. Willing to adopt to Python is key. Experience working with data analysis tools and enablers such as SQL, MS Access, MS Excel, etc. would be preferred.

- Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Effective listening skills; ability to ask good questions, and to quickly absorb new concepts

- Good personal and interactive communication skills

- Pragmatic and business-oriented approach to problem solving. Self-directed and highly adaptable is essential.

Qualification:

- Masters or higher in industrial engineering or Supply chain operations degree is preferred. Bachelors who have worked on Supply chain projects are also welcome.

- Graduates from Top engineering or management institutions will be preferred.
