We help our customers with high-context and high-quality marketing and learning content. - We are looking for a Content Manager with strong business acumen, a passion for learning, and drive to make an impact to join our team in Bangalore. The Role: - Write clear, concise content for a variety of content types, including business frameworks, learning content, presentations, marketing content, quizzes, etc. - Write scripts for short, illustrative videos, comic strips, etc. - Create micro content as per customer requirements and the domain. - Have strong execution focus, put in the grunt work required and work closely with the design, product and marketing teams to deliver quality content on time - Engage with clients, understand their business and challenges, and lead product customizations - Juggle between customer interactions, product, and content with ease Necessary Skills: - Strong business acumen: should be able to grasp the business challenges faced by multiple industries - Loves writing stories, possesses excellent English writing skills - Is able to lead projects from concept to completion - Start-up acumen: ability to get hands dirty in an unstructured environment - Knowledge of BFSI (insurance, mutual funds, banking, etc.) is an added advantage We are looking for a smart, driven individual we can talk-to/argue/collaborate-with on an equal basis.
