Role description -&nbsp; - Track business metrics critical to the company (OKRs) and make sure there is visibility on the progress to everyone in the company - Follow-up different functional heads and report business metrics regularly to the CEO - Track the decisions taken in the leadership meeting and proactively follow-up to make sure the decisions get implemented - Do market research on competitors and industry and support the leadership team in long term planning - Manage partners and key customer relationships on the CEO's behalf Profile - 2+ years of experience in sales, consulting or a business execution role - Excellent English speaking and writing skills - Ability to build trust, remain accessible, and handle sensitive situations and data - High level of ownership, can follow-up and gets things done - Confidence and drive to follow-up with senior management team to deliver on commitments
