Job Description: FCC Policies and Training analyst {ENO}

A challenging position with exposure and interface with Senior Management i.e. Global Head of Global Head AML, Policies & Surveillance and Regional heads and a Global, dynamic and fast developing environment. Responsibilities include:
- Governance assistance to the Global Head Global Head AML, Policies & Surveillance by conducting various tasks such as scheduling, coordinating and monitoring meetings with global, local and regional stakeholders, preparing agenda, minutes and tracking actions.
- Organizational tasks such as maintaining various departmental plans and documents up-to-date such as Organization Charts, Job Descriptions, Training Plans, Communication Plans, Industry Group participation etc.
- Maintenance of Policies and Training dashboard, tracking and maintaining procedures, training logs, templates and framework etc. Maintenance of the Regulatory trackers, mapping changes and monthly updates. Maintenance of AML, Policies & Surveillance SharePoint and Intranet pages.
- Assist Financial Crime Risk assessment leads and coordination with working groups and steering committees and related activities.
- Preparation of Management Information Presentations, Plans, Department objectives, Newsletters etc.
- Adhoc support to any projects / initiatives from time to time.
You Offer:
- Prior experience in a similar position in an international environment preferably in a financial services or regulated industry
- Functional knowledge of financial crime activities such as AML, CID, Sanctions etc.
- Ability to work in a global environment by coordination and collaboration with various leaders in FCC across the organization
- Very good interpersonal and organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to short term changes in schedules and planning
- Very good writing, analytical and qualitative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to understand, learn quickly and multi-task
- Proactive approach, willing to suggest and develop new ideas
- Very good Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in UK / US shift
