- CPA preferred / MBA - finance

- 3 to 5 years global experience in a large Financial Institution in a similar role

- Strong Financial Planning & Analysis skills- budgeting, forecasting, presentations

- Enjoys building new organizational capabilities and executing BAU processes

- A willingness to think and execute creatively, collaboratively, and across a range of disciplines

This role forms an integral part of the APAC Divisional Finance Planning and Analysis team. The role will be responsible for the month end reporting, analysis, planning and forecasting of the Asia Pacific Shared Services cost base. The scope of work will include

- Providing transparency of costs on a legal entity basis and to support management in various ad-hoc financial analyses

- Ensure that the monthly shared services cost base is complete and accurate which involve working with Pune colleagues at month-end to ensure that the relevant accruals have been made and all variances to prior months and budget are valid and fully understood prior to ledgers closing

- communicate effectively with Clients to ensure that they understand their costs

- identify the impact of allocations changes and explaining the changes to clients
