ENO/AVP - Finance Change (Only Females candidate apply)

The group finance is responsible for the strategic development of the process excellence function, the cultural change of Group Finance towards a process thinking organisation, the successful delivery of process improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and the management of the process improvement, process automation, process governance and process architecture activities and teams.

- This role requires defining and ensuring alignment to process improvement and process architectural standards and supporting tools (process modelling, BluePrism RPA and Oracle BPMS).

- Governing our processes and our process model, ensuring process changes align to target and to design principles, that processes are documented to standard and changes updated timely and process documentation regularly recertified

- Driving cultural change across the GF organization on the process mindset

- Educating on process, process modelling, process improvement

- Build strong relationships with peers in Service Excellence, the RPA SteerCo and central IT team, architecture, finance change as well as Process Owners and Process Controllers
