We use cutting edge techniques, and multi-domain knowledge of electronics, mechanical HVAC systems and computer science to not only help the client in resource optimization, but also to efficiently automate it using AI in real-time.  Job Description  Reporting to the Co-founder & CEO, you will be responsible for the below:  - Delivering the company's targets  - Develop plans for penetration into B2B Segments  - Create and conceptualize new propositions and prospects within the identified segments  - Effective implementation of overall on-boarding business sales strategies to suit the channel dynamics  - Responsible for managing key relationships   - Identify and drive the business development activities for the category  - Identify innovative sources of revenue  - Develop plans to meet or exceed the company's revenue target  - Qualify leads, manage negotiations and close sales opportunities.   - Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations and product demonstrations  - Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (CEOs /HR Head/ CFO/ Administration Head/ IPC/ Real Estate Companies/ Channel Partners) and identifying new opportunities   - Provide the leadership team and executive management with the account updates and sales forecasts.  - Effectively probing and collecting needs requirements from clients based on a full understanding of all client needs, and deliver accurate and timely customer requirements to solutions development team.  The Successful Applicant :  You will be a graduate and preferably a female holding MBA from tier 1 institute with ideally 2 years of experience selling solutions/concept selling in real estate sector/hospitality / IPC. We are only looking for B2B sales professionals with in-depth market understanding. You need to be well spoken, well presented and should have had a fast track career progression.
