EnKash - Senior Compliance Specialist - IT

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain security testing plans

2. Conducting tests and studies into the company's product compliance.

3. Producing reports on compliance testing, developments, and processes.

4. Working as an individual contributor managing the compliance audits at the organization level

5. Checking the status of various business operations to ensure compliance with regulations.

6. Developing strategies and implementation plans for compliance-related matters.

7. Explaining and defining compliance protocols and measures to stakeholders and relevant authorities.

8. Conduct risk assessments, security awareness trainings, managing the overall infosec activities at organization level

9. Produce actionable, threat-based, reports on security testing results

10. Communicate security issues to a wide variety of internal and external "customers" to include technical teams, executives, risk groups, vendors and regulators

Eligibility:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, or similar.

2. Proficiency in report writing, analysis, and compliance procedures.

3. A minimum of 5 years' experience working as a compliance analyst.

4. A minimum of 2 years' experience managing regulatory audits

5. Thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks.

6. Experience with product testing and process analysis.

7. The ability to communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing.

8. Applicable knowledge of Windows client/server, Unix/Linux systems, Mac OS X,

VMware/Xen, and cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure

9. Solid technical knowledge and understanding of product/process design.

10. The ability to work in a high-stress environment.

11. Advanced training certifications may be advantageous.

12. Experience in Compliance frameworks like PCI DSS, SOC2, ISO 27001.

13. Any Programming knowledge such as Python, Java would be nice to have.
