You should excel in this role, if you have:

1. Min 8 Years of experience as a Product Manager with SME Lending Fintech companies primarily in SME lending, digital lending space ; must have previous experience in end-to-end Product Management

2. Experience of building the core Loan Origination System/Onboarding Loan Management System or App Development or Expense Management or Payable or Receivables from scratch

3. Experience in product life-cycle management

4. Strong understanding of commercial/corporate cards or other SME lending and line of credit products for small businesses and its processes

Should come with creative mind set and effective Organizational and leadership abilities

5. Problem-solving aptitude and creative thinking skills

6. Work experience should be more than 6 years in above mentioned domain.
