Ecosystem Lead - Startup Partnership and Rewards Job Description: - Lead the development of an expansion strategy for our Strategic Partnerships & Community Engagement in the Startup Ecosystem, enabling acquisitions of 1000+ Startups for next 12 months for Enkash's solution. - Who understand Startup ecosystem - Serve as a key member of the Business Development team in helping drive overall sales strategy design and execute new partnerships based on the needs & requirements of the organization - Manage and expand our existing partnership with Startups related Stakeholders focused on startup support, training, mentoring, investment etc. This includes managing external relationships with the partnership teams, as well as coordinating internal stakeholders, and tracking project outcomes against key performance metrics. - Cultivate relationships and collaborate regularly across internal functions at all levels, including close collaboration with product, risk, Marketing, PR & Communications, and Operations teams to identify opportunities aligned with brand strategies. - The individual will also be responsible for maintaining Enkash's rewards stack and sales of voucher programme You should excel in this role, if you have: - Should have at-least 4 Years of experience - A positive "can-do" attitude, with a desire to extend existing skills and be a problem solver - Bachelor's degree, MBA in related field preferred from Tier1 institute. - Self Starter, highly passionate, solution oriented, creative and quantitative thinker
