Job Brief - We are looking for a high-performing Bank Alliance person who can be part of our founding team leadership and desire to grow with the company. - The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives through partnership &amp; bank alliance programs. - The person's responsibilities include developing key growth alliance strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve financial targets. - The person's duties will include penetrate deeply in bank relationships, communication across various bank teams, building relationships and understanding customer trends. We would love to hear from you if you are great at: - Owning bank relationships across EnKash products - Capable of communicating effectively across bank teams and senior management - Own and hit/exceed annual business targets with bank relationships - Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting bank relationships - Partner with banks to understand their business/product needs and objectives - Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations - Understand category-specific landscapes and trends - Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts You would be a perfect fit if you have: - Proven solution selling experience, meeting or exceeding targets - Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level - Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure - Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services - Proven ability to position products against competitors - Demonstrable experience as bank alliance person - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Must have flair of understanding technology and enjoy building solutions - Should be able to understand requirements &amp; suggest best fitted solutions - Have worked in alliance role with POS/Payment Gateway/Lending/Fin-tech companies - Added advantage would if the candidate has worked with various verticals in banks such as SME banking, corporate banking, merchant acquiring etc - Should have large set of satisfied customers and establish good relationship - Work experience should be more than 5 years in above mentioned domain. Additional experience in banking &amp; financial companies will be added advantage - B.E/ B. Tech &amp; MBA candidates as a qualification but no restriction
