English Communication Trainer - BPO

- Minimum 4 - 12 years of experience in English Language Training

- Bachelor/Master Degree (Full time)

- Certifications in Language training from reputed institutes e.g. CELTA, Teach for India

- Flexible to work 6 days a week

- Flexible to travel across India on business requirements

Key Areas of Responsibility and Accountability

- Train scholars from diverse backgrounds in Business English, Professional Skills and Productivity tools.

- Develop and conduct periodic evaluations of the language skills of scholars

- Provide coaching and feedback on communication and professional skills on the basis of periodic evaluations

- Develop and validate facilitation resources for course delivery.
