Job Description

- Experience as an engineering manager for enterprise class software product / Datacenter Management / System Management domain

- Experience in storage domain and knowledge of storage concepts. Server/networking/virtualization background is desirable

- Experience in Agile development processes

- Experience in overall architecture of solutions for enterprise class products and solutions

- Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels

- Ability to handle customer field issues

- Experience with programming languages like .NET, Java, Spring and technologies like REST, SOAP, XML etc.

- Ability to work with globally distributed teams - engage and coordinate with global teams

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good people management skills

- Should be a strong mentor and guide engineers

Education and Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Electronics & Communication or equivalent

- Minimum 12 years experience. At least 3-4 years in the area of architecture design
