Engineering Manager - Startup

1) Minimum 7 yrs exp required

2) Exp as a Engineering Lead/Engineering Manager/Engineering Head will have added advantage

2) Candidates from Startups or Product based companies preferred the most

3) Played an active role in development and launch of large & complex tech products.

4) Sharp understanding of front-end and back-end application technologies.

5) A penchant for good API design and obsession over high performance would definitely set you apart.

6) Good knowledge of AGILE product development lifecycle and the process tools: SCRUM, JIRA-like tools; Familiarity with Pair Programming is a must.

7) Any of the two or three technologies exp reqd ( NodeJS, Ruby On Rails, Python, JavaScript / CSS, ReactJS, relational and non-relational database technologies (like MySQL and MongoDB), Docker, Kubernetes.

9) Knowledge or exp in any of these technologies will have added advantage (Mobile Development skills include native Flutter, iOS (Swift), native Android (Kotlin), React Native)

11) Education Qualification - Bachelors Degree in Engineering from a reputed Engineering College
