Opening for Engineering Manager for a Retail Company in Bangalore
1. Great in Communication.
2. Must be strong in People Management role. Role will include minimum 80% of people management & strategic role.
3. Must be from .Net background.
4. Retail domain candidates will be preferred

Responsibilities :
- Engineering Practices - Define and evolve engineering practices to be used across all merchandise software engineering teams to build and maintain a contemporary engineering approach
- Engineering Culture - Develop a strong and measurable engineering capability through introduction of new team members and continued capability uplift of existing team members
- Leadership - Develop and lead a high performing engineering team, coaching and mentoring to ensure continual performance improvement
- Solution Delivery - Ensure the delivery of high quality, fit for purpose solutions delivered through agile development approaches
- Technology Strategy - Contribute to overall technology and strategic direction to ensure that engineering interests are considered and included
