Engineering Manager - Online/Internet

Position Overview :

- Participate in the overall planning, design and analysis of product requirements

- Work closely with Product Manager and QA team to drive development within committed deadlines

- Hire and Manage a small team of developers

- Manage releases with good quality

- Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development

Responsibilities :

- Design / develop major features

- Responsible for timely delivery and quality of features developed

- Ability to work on complex problems and lead technical decisions

- Conduct technical knowledge sharing sessions (trainings / tech talks) and mentor junior engineers

Qualifications :

- Technical expert within specialty area.

- To be able to work under pressure with minimal supervision

- Ability to deep dive technically and be a hands-on leader with development work

- Advertising Domain experience is a plus
