Job Summary: Be a part of a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex software functions. You will provide directions, to your team by planning &amp; coordinating and managing various functions with the organisation (i.e testing designing, development etc). You will engage is project planning, set objectives, and activities across your work group. Drive software development efforts towards a modem, unified user interface experience. Help identify areas, for improvement in work group processes and drive resolutions to improve, methodologies &amp; techniques. Role description: - Gather &amp; analyse requirements and documents the requirement - Design modules independently - Review all artifacts created by software developers / Sr developers and take ownership of the quality of the artifacts before customer delivery - Own &amp; drive projects throughout all the SDLC phases &amp; provide technical &amp; process guidance to the team. - To involve in organizational development Whom we are looking for: - Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science with total of 10 years of work experience - Minimum 7 years of software development experience with focus on mobile application development - Minimum 3 years of project &amp; team lead experience required - Recent or previous experience working in leading delivery platforms like Zomato Swiggy, Olacab, Bigbasket, Grofers, Uber eat, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Urban Clap, RedBus etc. will be a huge plus - Strong PHP fundamentals - MEAN Stack experience will is an added advantage - Strong mobile Application development project experience - Framework PHP Laravel, RES Tful API, Angular, Native Android, native IOS - Microservices Architecture - Database MySQL - Design UML, design patterns, strong object oriented analysis and design skills - Excellent communication skills required Candidate will have more preferences, who: - Must have extensive experience in PHP with My SQL &amp; Micro service - Must have worked in Order Application, or Customer Application, or Delivery Application, or Restaurant Listings or Product Listings. - Must have experience in dealing with Stake holder Management. - Must have extensive experience in designing or developing mobile applications (Native Android and or Native IOS) - Must have experience in handling and supporting technical team (application developers). - Experience in making relevant reports will have more preferences. - Candidates passed out from premier institute ( IIT or IIM or similar Institute ) will have more preferences.
