Engineering Manager - Mobile - eCommerce

We have an Engineering Manager-Mobile (9+yrs) position for an E-commerce company -Bangalore

Required:

- BE/Btech/Mtech from premier institutes with minimum of 9 yrs of exp in mobile domain experience

- Experience leading teams of engineers to deliver great software products. Proven ability to build a product from scratch.   

- Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to build and mentor a strong team.

- Ability to push through despite road-blocks and resource constraints.

- Excellent knowledge on how web services and APIs work. (HTTP/JSON/REST)

- Comfortably work with the language of the platform - Objective C for iOS, and Java for Android.

- Should be able to layout views, make network calls and understand the overall hierarchy and flow of how apps work.

- Knowledge of the platform’s SDK, good practices and interface guidelines.

- Debugging and troubleshooting problems at the various layers in the app
