Engineering Manager - IT

Requirements:

- You have 9+ years or more of progressive software technology experience in Java with at least 2+ years in a management role.

- You should have complete hands-on with technology and architecture.

Start-up experience a huge plus.

- You should be comfortable with operating at a high level of autonomy across a highly distributed global team.ou should experience in agile/lean methodologies for continuous delivery and improvement.

- You Should have a deep understanding of product management, engineering best practices, and experience with building world-class products at scale.
