Role & Candidate Profile :

As an Engineering Manager, you will design, develop and oversee the design and development of scalable, reusable and secure software solutions. You will drive the creation of new products and features that further enhance the consumer experience and create seamless solutions across Client growing product line. In this role, you will drive software engineering to ensure that best practices are applied as you create software to deliver a world class consumer experience for our customers.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for overall technical architecture and integration in support of digital products solutions objectives with high focus on Reusability, Extensibility and Performance

- Mentor technical team, identify needed resources, assign responsibilities and develop timeframes to facilitate successful completion of product activities and deliverables

- Drive compatibility and consistency with existing architectural and enterprise standards

- Stays abreast of current digital technologies while contributing and participating in the analysis and recommendation of new strategies and/or technologies to improve the digital experience

- Conduct complex technical feasibility studies and integration projects

- Ensure that project team and/or staff develop and maintain internal documentation

Position Requirements :

- Formal Education & Certification

- B.Tech/M.Tech Computer Science from a reputed institution.
