Engineering Manager - FinTech

Attributes we are looking for : 

Exp: 6 to 12 yrs

- Be the technical mentor to your team

- Extensive and expert programming experience in Java and Spring Framework

- A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design

- Worked in startup like environment with high levels of ownership and commitment

- Mentoring engineering teams of at least 4-5 members

- Must have very good recommendations from peers and managers in past companies
