Engineering Manager - eCommerce

- Manage multiple teams comprising of consultants, product owners, database engineers and managed services application developers

- You will have a combinations of products that are led by teams in India as well as products that are led by teams by US teams.

- Data Foundation - SQL/NOSQL managed services such as Oracle, MS SQL, MySql/CRDBMS as well as Cassandra, Kafka

- Lead and drive product engineering for some of the core managed services product from India. Create technology roadmaps for these products.

- Co-lead/partner with product engineering leads in US for other core managed service products for their respective engineering/support/operations activities.

- Participate/provide inputs in product roadmap and planning.

- Define system architecture and provide tactical solutions for development of managed services offerings

- Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects

- Liaise with other engineering teams to solve customer problems - reactive and proactive

- Ensure efficient delivery of database operations, engineering and development projects

- Improve, optimize, and identify opportunities for improved database management through automation

- Promote and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

- Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

- Support continuous process improvement and innovation

- Engage in Customer Advisory Meetings to address any problems proactively. Partner with the consumers of Managed Services/platform teams in their success.
