Engineering Manager / Director / Product Heads - Ecommerce Required for a Large MNC Orgn ! Pune

We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is amongst the largest ecommerce and LFR organizations. These positions are with their India Development Center based in Pune.

- They are looking for a couple of highly technical "Engineering Managers / Solution Architects" for their organization to join them as soon as possible.

- The incumbent will be responsible for Evangelizing Technology within the organization.

- They will be responsible for creating solutions as well as guiding the organization and teams in their quest for technical excellence.

To qualify for these positions you should :

- Have a good Educational Background (BTech or MTech is a must)

- Have Total 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering

- Have at least 5 years in Technical Leadership roles of either being a Solutions Architect or an Engineering Manager

- Have experience in multiple technology areas in a complex software engineering / product dev environment

- Have experience in leading teams towards solutions of complex problems

- Be a Hands-on Technical Leader preferably with experience in E-commerce or SCM solutions

- Experience in Java / J2EE and related environments would be a huge plus

- Must possess Excellent Communication. Presentation and Convincing Skills

- Be currently from Mumbai or ready to relocate.
