- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject - 8-12 years of experience in Software Engineering - Very strong software engineering fundamentals - Good at architecture, design and created products from scratch to scale up - Experience leading software development teams before, ideally using Agile Scrum methodology - The ability to take technical ownership of assigned projects from high-level project scope down to details of individual class, API design and database design - Managing Direct reportees of more than 4 members for at least 2 years - Experience in working on Mobile Apps using Android(Java/Kotlin), iOS(C# /Swift) - Experience in working hands on Flutter - Ability to lead a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Implement and improve DevOps and Engineering practices for all services. - Strong Computer Science fundamentals in Object-Oriented Design and Data Structures Good to Have : - Expertise with Amazon Webservices(AWS) - Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD) training or experience - Worked/Led Teams on Web Frameworks like React/Angular
