Description : Working with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative products in the B2B space and leading a team of ~ 5-10 IT professionals with exposure to Angular, React, Java, Polymer, Vue.

Job Description :

- Partnering with in-house BUs to deliver creative IT solutions matching key business objectives

- Techno-managerial role

- Taking full ownership of product inventories

- Collaboration with application integration team to construct blueprints of delivery for each integration application software

- Managing full software development life cycle, tracking and reporting

- Partnering with various stakeholders- internal and external - to ensure timely implementation and delivery

Profile :

Must Haves :

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 10 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in integration roles

- Experience working on enterprise integrations

- Working knowledge of interfaces including REST/JSON/TOGAF/SOA

- In depth understanding of most recent market trends

- Experience with various cloud-based and on premise data sources

- Hands-on Enterprise Service Bus experience

- SOA, J2EE, Web Services (SOAP/REST)

- Experience in leading small to medium sized teams of IT professionals

- Excellent communication skills (written & oral), team-player orientation, analytical mind set and superior inter-personal and collaborative skills

- Ability to multi-task

- Prior experience in waterfall/scrum & agile technologies

Good to Haves : Experience in DevOps & Continuous Integrations
