Our product is a significantly superior, integrated & modern HR platform (caters to the entire employee life-cycle from hire to retire) that has received extremely strong feedback from the market.  We already have 30,000+ clients such as Paytm, Hetero group, Sai Life Sciences, Lenskart, Ekart/Flipkart, Nivea, Swiggy, Delhivery etc. The company also recently raised a round of funding from a group of investors including 3one4Capital (Mohandas Pai's investment vehicle), Endiya Partners, StartupXseed and Tracxn Labs.  What we look for in you-   8+ years of experience in handling the following responsibilities (preferably in enterprise products)  - Be a hands-on technology leader providing mentor-ship and guidance to a growing software engineering team.  - Responsible for leading and driving performance of the software engineering team  - Responsible for performance management and career development of the software engineering team.  - Oversee release and resource planning with delivery across parallel releases.  - Maintain strong and effective communication channel between the distributed teams and management to keep synergy between the geographic locations.  - Build and promote a strong technical community   - Develop and maintain strong understanding of our business domain, business processes, overall architecture and future direction.  - Participate & contribute to development design reviews, milestone and release meetings.  - Recruit, train, motivate & retain high quality software engineers across levels.  - Ensure excellent training program for new hires in software development and overall knowledge transfer of our domain, architecture and development processes.
